These terms govern your use of the Pokki platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating a Pokki account, you agree to everything set out below.

Pokki is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register, deposit, or play any game on the platform. We verify age during the account review process and reserve the right to close any account where this requirement is not met.
Each player is allowed one Pokki account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, device, payment method, or IP address — will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited. If you've lost access to your account, contact support rather than creating a new one.
Every bonus and promotion on Pokki comes with specific wagering requirements and expiry dates. These are stated plainly on the promotion page. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be played through according to the stated conditions before any winnings become withdrawable.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Pokki account. Pokki uses a combination of device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method matching to identify duplicate accounts. If a duplicate account is detected, both accounts may be suspended and any balances held pending review.
You are responsible for keeping your Pokki login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Pokki will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Pokki support immediately and change your password.
Pokki operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of your payment method before withdrawals are processed. All transactions on Pokki are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Pokki does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
Pokki offers bonuses, free plays, Voucher credits, and Coin rewards to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page. Pokki does not apply hidden multipliers or retroactively change wagering requirements after a bonus has been claimed.
All bonuses on Pokki carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account. Expiry dates are shown in your account dashboard under the Bonuses section.
Pokki monitors bonus usage across all accounts. Any player found to be abusing promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures — will have their bonus voided and their account reviewed for suspension.
Pokki's Voucher and Coin systems are subject to their own specific terms, which are published on the Voucher and Coin pages respectively. These rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value unless explicitly stated, and cannot be exchanged for real money outside of the conditions described in their respective terms.
Each game on Pokki — including Keno, Coin, Double Fortune, Monster Mine, Kalaka Bingo, and West Hunter Bingo — operates according to its own published game rules. These rules are accessible from within each game and on the relevant game page on the Pokki website.
All draw-based games on Pokki use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party — including Pokki staff. You may close your Pokki account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. Pokki will attempt to contact you before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account balances are subject to an administrative fee of BDT 100 per month after the initial 12-month period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
All content on the Pokki platform — including but not limited to the Pokki name, logo, game designs, graphics, text, software, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of Pokki or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Pokki content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of Pokki's intellectual property may result in legal action.
Your use of the Pokki platform does not grant you any ownership rights over any content or software on the platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pokki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
Pokki does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability. Pokki will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.
In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, Pokki reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Pokki's liability in any such case is limited to the return of the original stake amount.
